The board
Elected by parent-members. Board members set the direction of the organization, govern its finances, and are accountable to the families they serve. No team manager sits on this board — by design.
How we govern
On the field
Team managers
Team managers run the field. They are responsible for player development, team operations, and the experience every kid and family has on game day. They answer to the board — not the other way around.
